You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Payments and Fees

Paid features and transactions may be processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable subscription fees, processing fees, taxes, chargebacks, and disputes associated with your use of the Service.

5. Business and Customer Data

You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and transmit data solely as necessary to operate and secure the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes, including attempts to compromise system security, scrape data without permission, or interfere with platform operation.

7. Availability and Support

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occasionally affect access.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these terms, misuse, legal compliance reasons, or platform security concerns.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
